SITE Layton

Site Layton is very diverse. Property manager Rachael is wonderful. She’s informative, professional, and provides a great service experience. The apartment complex is family/ pet friendly. The residents are nice. Grounds keeping is good. Robert the handyman is friendly and knowledgeable at what he does. The apartments inside are cute. Site Layton is a great place to call home.

STOLE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT! We never got our deposit back, after waiting for over a month I called the Leasing manager and asked what was going on, she said that on her side the check had been issued and I should’ve got it. We verified they had the right address and she said it would be sent out. 2 weeks later I call again and they can’t figure out where it’s gone, so I drive 30+ minutes to go to the office to try and find out what’s going on, I was shown on the computer that the check was “already issued” and given a cooperate number to call to figure it out myself. I call cooperate and they tell me that the leasing manager was not supposed to even give me that number and that she was supposed to figure it out herself. I reach back out to her and got told for the 5th time that she submitte

Rachel the property manager is a gem and great at her job. She made the whole process of moving in simple and efficient. The property is well kept, clean and organized.

Rachel is awesome i couldnt be happier with the price, quality and the shape my apartment is in! Highly recommend the 2 beds are prestine!

This is an amazing property they are always on top of things and every time I go in there always so cheerful and willing to help with anything, Rachel always gives the best advice on what can be done And Robert is always out and about trying to make the property look its best, and if anything needs to be fixed he is right on it the best that he can.
