I live here and this is sad I don't know what weighs on people to throw the garbage inside the garbage container that looks super ugly in a condominium where they demand so many things and they don't take care of being aware of those things that is the first thing you see when you enter they have thrown away all that garbage and there you park the cars you almost fall all that on top of my car and then you don't take responsibility

I made an appointment for this Thursday, October 31st at 4:15 p.m. to view available apartments. When I showed up at the designated time, no one was in the leasing office, so I wasted my time. On top of that, it's very difficult to speak to someone in the office - you need to call 5-7 times before someone picks up the phone. Obviously, I will not rent anything from this apartment complex because I see that the management is irresponsible. They just wasted my time. However, it's good to see the real picture before making the mistake of renting there

This is by far one of the worse places I have ever lived in my entire life, it's always noisy; management don't answer your calls or emails, maintenance guys come with little or no notice. The apartments are over priced, the washing machines are over priced, the dryers always break. The apartments in right near the complex blast music all weekend long during the summer. Do yourself a favor and don't move here.

Update: it’s getting worse here, car break-ins , mail vandalizing and they don’t do anything about it. Instead they send 5 emails a month reminding you about “decorations” that need to be removed. Really? Pool closed most of the season, laundry room dirty, trash over flooding even thought they charge you trash services,and thats what we focused on? I am very disappointed in this place. Update: it’s been 3 years and I still like living here. The apartments have changed management a lot of times and they are ok; however, the pool has always been closed, they don’t have anyone maintaining the laundry room so it’s dirty, and a lot of people that don’t live here use it too, so sometimes there’s no room. They now they have a valet trash service, which is mandatory to pay for, even when those pe

Lived here for 2 years, the rooms are updated, but the neighborhood is definitely not the best, homeless usually jumping from the back wall to get in the premises. Never had any problems with neighbors everyone kept to themselves, leasing manager always left 30 min to an hour before the office was supposed to close. We also left the apartment exactly how we got it and never got our deposit back.
