I recently toured The Sinclair and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Dee assisted me during my visit, and she was truly outstanding — warm, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She answered every question thoroughly and made me feel genuinely welcomed. It’s clear she cares deeply about the community, the residents, and making sure prospective tenants feel informed and supported. The community itself is beautifully maintained, offers great leasing specials, and has a very comfortable, safe atmosphere. I also appreciated learning that an officer actually lives on-site, which adds a strong sense of security and peace of mind. Additionally, some members of the leasing staff live on the property as well, which speaks volumes about their trust in and commitment to the comm

I've lived in one of the larger 1B1B units for a year, and am currently renewing my lease for another 12 months. Location to 395 & the ez pass is top tier so it's easy for my work commute to DC The community manager Denarsha is awesome to work with and easy to reach which is one of the main reasons I've decided to renew. The floors are made of concrete because it was an old office building turned apartment, so I haven't had issues with neighbors above me. I'm pretty confident the shared walls are insulated fairly well at least for my unit, because I've only heard my neighbor 3-4 times the past year, and even then it was muffled. The cleaning staff is super great and do their best to keep the common areas in great condition. Maintenance has been great. I always see them in the morning bef

From the moment I toured the property, the leasing staff was warm, professional, and eager to help. Thank you, Denarsha! The community is beautifully maintained—landscaping is always neat, common areas are spotless, and amenities are kept in top shape. The apartments themselves are quaint, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. Parking is convenient, and neighbors are friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a place that truly feels like home—with a staff that cares and a community that’s clean, safe, and beautiful - Sinclaire on Seminary —is the perfect choice.

Living at Sinclaire on Seminary has been a mixed experience. The cleaning staff is outstanding—they keep the building spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, management creates a lot of unnecessary frustrations. There is no guest parking whatsoever, and since there’s no street parking in the area, visitors are left with no choice but to Uber or take public transit. Many parking spots are marked as “reserved” but remain empty, which comes across as a way to push residents into paying extra for more convenient spaces. On top of that, the garage is open to the public, so non-residents frequently park where residents are supposed to, with no clear separation or added security. Another frustration is the fees—most notably the $150 bulk trash charge, which I’ve

I have lived in this building for two years, and I can assert that I have had no issues with management or my neighbors. Despite the frequent management changes, the new team is excelling. Ms. Denarsha and her team are actively implementing improvements, organizing community activities, offering referral incentives, and genuinely prioritizing the well-being of residents. On the other hand, maintenance personnel are excellent. They keep this place spotless and smelling good. This community is a peaceful and pleasant place to live, with all the apartments being new. I reside on the 11th floor, facing southwest, and the view is absolutely amazing. I strongly recommend this community for several compelling reasons: you get a luxury apartment at a reasonable price in this area, it's convenientl
