Sinclair Ridge Apartments

I moved into my one-bedroom apartment in July. The buildings across from and next to my building were still being constructed, which made some mornings noisy for a while. Now that those buildings are complete, it's been peaceful. The appliances are nice and new, and the area outside is clean. Sometimes I hear my neighbors above, but that is a side effect of apartment life. Luckily for me, she seems to have an early bedtime. I enjoy walking around the neighborhood. Sometimes, people don't dispose of their garbage properly, but I believe cameras can reduce that kind of behavior.

Bridget, the office manager, and Miranda, the leasing agent, made my son’s and my transition into our apartment completely seamless. They were thorough with the paperwork and addressed every concern we had. I requested to move across from my mom’s apartment, and as soon as a nearby unit became available, they arranged for me to move in right away. I’ve truly enjoyed the environment and the professionalism of the front office staff.

I applied in July, was assigned a unit in bldg E, gave my deposit, told management I needed to move at the end of September as my lease was going to be up. Then the manager reached out stating bldg E was ready after Labor Day and she wanted to give someone my unit cause they were ready to move and convinced me that bldg R would be ready at the end of the month. Now, today, September 23rd, they tell me the bldg isn't ready and there's nothing they can do. Byers and Harvey, where I currently rent from is forcing me out on October 1st, they not wanting to work with, so I'll be homeless. I don't know what to do. I moved here in Clarksville two years ago and don't know anyone, I have no family, and now I'm getting ready to be homeless, not because I can't pay rent, but because they aren't

⭐ 1 Star – A Complete Disaster from Top to Bottom Living at Sinclair Ridge has been a total nightmare. If you value your sanity, peace, or basic human decency, run in the other direction. Let’s start with the noise: this building has zero sound insulation. I can hear every step, every door slam, every argument, every dog bark — from above me, below me, and across the hall. When I turn off my TV, I can literally sit on my own couch and hear my neighbors’ conversations like they’re in the room with me. It’s like living in a giant megaphone. There is no privacy. None. On top of that, the property itself is a mess. Every day I have to watch where my children walk so they don’t step in animal feces. I’m actively living at a unit here, and the process from touring to moving in was splendid. I found nothing wrong with my unit. All the amenities (which are still under construction, but I was warned ahead of time, plus you should expect these things to take time) are super cool! I’m looking forward to the dog park, I’d love to meet all the other dogs at this complex and get my dog some friends. The unit itself is just darling. The shower is clean and nice, the cabinets are soft closing so you can’t slam them, the patio is really nice, and the A/C is perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere to live, live here. Everyone at the office are so helpful, kind, and supportive.
