The apartment looks great, a little dust from the remodeling but everyone has a broom. Tonya was great, worked with my odd work schedule to get me in here fast! Hands down the best move it experience I've had

From initial contact the rental experience has been nothing short of phenomenal! I’m moving to Buffalo and am currently 3 hours away. Emily was not only knowledgeable and accommodating, but went above and beyond to film apartments of interest due to my locale and needing to find something quickly. Personal, professional and empathetic, she partnered with me to help get me into a new home in a new city. I cannot thank her and Sinatra & Co. enough for making what could be a daunting move so simplistic and seamless.

emily did an awesome job! She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the tour both fun and welcoming. She made me feel welcomed from the moment the tour started and kept everything engaging the entire time
