This is specifically for one of their properties, Ridgeview apartments. After moving out, I was sent a massive bill for carpet replacement of the entire unit due to a small stain. The property manager was unwilling to negotiate or push out the deadline before sending to collections (Only 30 days). Be cautious and take pictures when moving out. They WILL take advantage of you and charge you excessive fees for future replacements/renovations just because they can. I have seen similar past reviews of them doing the same thing. Typical shady business practices of a corrupt property management company.

Recently I took apartment in Ranch Community, the initial lease process was very smooth. I appreciate their help and support. My special thanks to Veronica and Cassandra. I wish could have rated more than 5 stars. :)
