Simpson Housing - Atlanta Regional Office

I am a former resident writing about my experience with this property management group after living in one of their communities- Artisan Station Apartments Throughout my tenancy, communication was consistently poor. Emails often went unanswered, follow-ups were required just to receive basic updates, and concerns had to be escalated multiple times before any response was provided. Even then, information was often vague or delayed. When serious issues arose in my unit, the lack of coordination between onsite staff and the property management group made resolution unnecessarily difficult. Rather than receiving clear guidance or timely intervention, I was left navigating the situation largely on my own. Administrative issues were also frustrating. The community is a great place to live well kept up with building and property. I have one request the grill area should have more than two grills in the area. The pool is good and clean.

Needed an outside resource to come take care of the apartment, notified who we needed to multiple times and the staff still has yet to acknowledge our requests. The problem is still an issue. Very unprofessional.

I would not live at a Simpson property again after the difference in staff under them to under the prior management company. Their staffing and approach has been unfriendly towards resident experience and relationally disconnected from people. They are in facility management business, and have disregard for the people they serve.

To say this company has customer service, would be a lie they just take money from people and do absolutely nothing for it. They don't manage your property they don't do anything they just take the money and if you ever need to call them they won't answer or get back to you. It's good to see a company actually earning the rating though one star is generous
