Tammie was a blessing during my home sell and new home purchase. She basically held my hand through bouts entire process’s and then afterwords found handymen to change things I wanted changing with the house. She even put on her construction gear and came to work at the new house taking out a closet. Never have I seen such dedication in a realtor. She’s friendly, honest and to the point.

Tammie is a incredible realtor to work with. She will listen to you and work with you. She isn't going to try to talk you into something that you aren't comfortable with. If you show her a house you love, she will do anything in her power to get you that house. I showed Tammie a house (in my price range) that I thought I had no chance of getting. Tammies persistence led me to being the back up offer when the 1st offer fell through. She got me into my dream house. She has excellent references for the house inspection and any other additional inspections. I can't recommend her enough.

Tammie is exceptional. In what was proving to be a difficult transaction, she was full of ideas and other avenues to take. She also managed to keep a positive attitude and keep me breathing when I just wanted to give up. She answers her phone or returns messages in a timely manner. Happily and kindly answers any questions asked. ​She was also doing the job of the selling agent in many areas because things were not getting done on his side of the sale. Still handling things with grace. She's ethical, professional, well educated and enjoyable to work with. I recommend her highly and do on a daily basis. I honestly can't say enough. Thank you Tammie. We are in our new home thanks to you and all your hard work.
