This guy Tony Ramano is a poor excuse for someone to do business with. My advice is if you need watch bracelets sized go somewhere else other than Simply jewelry. I took two seiko watches in on 2/14/25 this is a picture of what his work looks like. 1st the bracelet clasp is supposed to be centered on the bracelet not all added to one side i even explained to him add a link to each side he put em all on one side on two different watches charged me 45 dollars. I'd been better off to ride down the road toss the money out the window. UNACCEPTABLE Stay far away from this CROOK

I go to them for all my jewelry needs and battery needs for my watches and I've never been disappointed. And the pricing is within a decent price range for repair work. Its the only place I go and trust.

Incredible work done by Tony! I had a vision in my mind of what I wanted my wedding ring to look like. He was able to use my family heirlooms, engagement ring and my great grandmother's wedding band to create this masterpiece. I also need the prongs to be shortened on the marquis ring because they would snag in my hair. The photos are of the finished product and how they looked before I brought them to Tony.

What a dishonest, deceitful, devious, lying, untrustworthy individual Tony is. We brought a ankle bracelet in for a minor repair, while also bringing several pieces of jewelry from a relative that we simply wanted to know which was costume jewelry and which had any value. Tony looked at each and gave his opinion. Only when I go to pickup the bracelet, Tony now tells me he's charging an extra $50 for the $45 repair ($95 total) of the bracelet because we took his time when determining which of the pieces we brought in had any value. That was probably 15-20 minutes. If Tony's time is SO valuable that he wants to charge us, he should have been UPFRONT and told us at the time. Don't be a weasel and tack the extra $50 after the fact, and not inform us. Knowing this, how can anyone trust this g

Tony absolutely is the best!! He repaired my ring that is a piece of my heart! It looks gorgeous actually better than ever!! So thankful, to know that he went the extra mile to repair my ring. When another jeweler refused and said it was too old to repair!! I prayed and a friend told me about Simply Jewelry & Repairs. And it’s beautiful!! Thank you, Tony!!
