I just moved to Simone Little Italy, and I could not be happier with my decision. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how special this community is. The building itself is top-notch luxury—stunning attention to detail, and beautiful high-end finishes inside the unit. Even the subtle, wonderful scents throughout the community add such a thoughtful elevated touch. What really sets Simone apart, though, is the people. Every single person I encountered in the lobby and elevators greeted me, asked if I was moving in, and genuinely shared how amazing this community is and how much I would love living here. I had a great experience with the team at Simone Little Italy Apartments. From the very beginning, Fred gave me a tour before I moved in and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process feel smooth and welcoming. Since moving in, Brenna has been very considerate whenever I’ve had concerns and has always provided clear, thorough explanations. It’s reassuring to know the management team is responsive and genuinely cares about residents’ experience. Overall, the staff here has made a positive impression, and I appreciate the professionalism and support they’ve provided.

I've lived at Simone in Little Italy for almost three years now, and it still feels like a dream. My one-bedroom apartment is thoughtfully designed with clean, modern finishes and incredible natural light; not to mention the views of the bay that never get old. The rooftop pool and sundeck are my favorite places to unwind, especially at sunset when the whole city lights up. Living here truly feels like being on vacation every day. Simone Little Italy is an incredible place to live. The building is beautifully designed with modern finishes, amazing amenities, and a welcoming community feel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Little Italy with great restaurants, coffee shops, and the waterfront all within walking distance. The staff and management are professional, responsive, and clearly care about the residents and the property. Everything is well maintained and the building always feels clean, safe, and upscale. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury living with an unbeatable location, Simone Little Italy is one of the best places you can call home in San Diego. Highly recommend!

We moved into the Simone Little Italy in January. The Staff at all levels have been awesome! Rachelle Merlo and Fredric Reyes and their staff followed up several times via welcoming emails asking if we might have any questions while we were moving in. Their team is responsive, listen to any questions you may ask and will ensure you receive a detailed answer. Maintenance came up and showed us how to set up and program the HVAC NEST System and cleared out all previous codes. The security and door staff are gracious and welcoming, the other residents went out of their way to welcome us to the building while we moved in. Monthly meet and greet events like Beanie's and Bikini's offer opportunities to meet your neighbors and make new friends. And living in Little Italy, seriously, wow!
