I have lived here for nearly 4 yrs & am paying $900 per mnth & the care & management has gotten progressively worse & worse. The company keeps rebranding so the tracking is more difficult. Previously my payments were to Silverwood Apartments, then to MP Macon Properties owned by Marvin H Peavy Jr & per Google it is now 4A Property Management, LLC. I have yet to be notified of this change, managers never last more than a few months. Pest control has not been done for 3 mnths despite my request as I found roaches in my clothes closet couple mnths ago & now 2 roaches in my silverware drawer along with 'baby' roaches (black dots in pic). Note- they're "army" roaches. After calling again today about the bugs I was told they changed services & now it'll be next 01/16/26 before anyone arrives to
