Silverman Group

This is the worst management group in the county. I have been a tenant of a suite that was leased from this company and have had nothing but issues. Within the first few days of moving in the suite one of the 3 AC units stopped working. It has been a year and a half since that point and I have called/emailed weekly and have done everything but take legal action and still nothing has been repaired. I have heard this issue with other tennants as well as other company's that no longer work with SL Management due to non-payment and other unethical decisions within their mangement core. Do not ever lease from this company or let them manage your property.

I lived in the Steeplechase Apartments in New York. It was an extremely expensive rental from the beginning, but quickly moving from out of state, I didn't have the luxury of shopping around. The property isn't bad. Decent apartments with, very small, garages, and the location was great. The maintenance guys were responsive and nice, and the office staff wasn't bad. All of the corporate policies from C&R are what made this place a terror. They charge a pet deposit, which doesn't go towards anything. When moving out, they charge you for every bit of work that they have to do, including things that they are required, by law, to fix. Worsy experience I've ever had, and I hope that everyone in the future will avoid this company like the plague

They got some cool warehouses where I live
