To start, I’ve never written a bad review in my life but am so frustrated at this place that I feel obligated to. Here are my issues: 1. While I’m writing this, our baseboard radiator is making a rhythmic, very loud banging noise which most often starts at 6 AM. You can hear it while standing in the hallway. I’ve called maintenance several times in the past 3 months with no change, just empty promises of fixing it. I haven’t been able to sleep in for months. 2. There are two refrigerators in the hallway next to the basement elevators which have been there for 9 months, unmoved. 3. Laundry machines will wash, but 9/10 times not dry your clothing whatsoever and each machine is $3 a load. The

My husband and I reached out on several accounts to make an appointment for an apartment. On two separate occasions our appointment was cancelled. I had reached out to the leasing office via phone and either no one picked up or returned my voicemail. If this is the way the offices are run then I can only imagine being a tenant. When I voiced my concern via text I received a simple “Thank you for your time.”

I would say it’s easier to get approved for a mortgage loan than to get approved by this leasing office. Even pay stubs is not enough. An email response from your supervisor is a must. Why don’t you guys call the supervisor? I think it’s a good strategy to get as much $250 (non-refundable) as possible.

I made an appointment to see an apartment and when I arrive today, the person at the desk informed me that there was not supposed to be any appointments because the agent wasn’t available then as she asked me questions about what I was looking for, and I told her I needed a place immediately she informed me that I was chatting with AI when I made my appointment and the information they gave me was wrong and that there were No apartments for immediately lease. Well, I know none of this was her fault she was Human on earth, very Dismissive and disrespectful. Not a single apology for making me come out of my way Just acted as though I was stupid for making the appointment with the automated system.

The management of this building is very poor. Proper maintenance is hard to come by with this apartment group. I have had multiple issues with leakage and appliances - the maintenance workers either lie and say they fixed it or do not come at all. The lease states that a secure building is ensured for building tenants however this is completely incorrect. The front doors fail to lock and respectively can let any outside into the building without using a special code to get in. The countless amount of homeless population that I have seen in the lobby of the building and have followed me into the building due to the lack of security is inexplainable. To add onto the poor security, my packages have been stolen as well. I received a package but was out so I came to get the package 40 minutes
