I absolutely love it here because the new management is totally awesome and kind and professional! I was trying to do another review but apparently I’m getting stuck on Google lol but today is January 20, 2026 and I just wanna say once again the management and staff is totally awesome today I had a package coming from Wayfair and to make a long story short, the FedEx man sent it to the management when they were supposed to put it in And I am so appreciative for Tiffany and the staff because they literally put this on my patio and I appreciate them … Thanks again and God bless you all

Tiffany Moore of the Management team is a absolute God Send. She not only came to this property and turned it completely around as far as business and organization she also came in and helped people in need, me being one of those people. I watch her daily strolling through these complexes making sure things are done in a timely matter and with authority. She goes above and beyond just her job and I wanted to personally recognize her for all her hard work.

Shout out to the new manager Tiffanie! Any interactions I've have with her have been super pleasant. She is on top of things and so very helpful. She always has a smile and you can tell she genuinely cares and wants to help you! It's a total turn around from the previous management! Tbh, I know a lot of us were considering moving elsewhere because of how bad this place was being managed. Feels so much better to have support to reach out to and know it will be taken care of! Thank you for bringing us Tiffanie, and thank you Tiffanie for making your tenants a top priority!!

Chaiya is a pleasure to work with. She is always smiling and welcoming. Chaiya makes sure that any questions or needs I have at her site are taken care of. Thanks for what you do, I very much appreciate the great communication and transparency and problem solving Chaiya exhibit.

Needs Landscaping, Buildings and Trim could use a coat of Paint, Parking lot Needs to have the speed bumps and fire curbs painted. Finally the Trash Enclosures have been trashed.
