Silver Springs Apartment Homes

The apartments were in a quiet neighborhood and really nice at a fair price considering the side of town they are on. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. They answered all and any questions I had and made the process super easy and transparent

My fridge was running warm Dan came to look at it and knew what was wrong. He had to order a part and came back today to install it. It and the wrong connector but he was able to install it any way. Dan was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job!

We were looking for a place near Pinedale to finish his last year of Elementary School, Kristin made sure we had the perfect place! From the beginning to end of the leasing processing she provided amazing support and customer service! We moved from a house to the apartment and were apprehensive about neighbors and adjusting to apartment life again. But the layout of the apartments, good floor plans (also bi-level with washer/dryer and dishwashers in unit) and the well insulated walls make the transition easier! I won't deny the thought of no longer mowing my lawn and shoveling my walk is fabulous! 10 out of 10 for customer service and 10 out of 10 for cozy relaxing atmosphere/apartment. Highly recommend!

My AC unit started making a loud noise. I put in a ticket and just a few minutes later, Dan (our maintenance guy) showed up with a part in his hand because he already knew what it was going to be. 15 minutes later and he was done. Nice, quiet AC again. Thank you for the speedy response!

Our experience with Cassandra was excellent. She is very kind and easy to talk with and she listens very well! We didn't go with the apartment we were looking at but she was still proactive in keeping in contact with us and making sure we had all of our questions answered. Silver Springs you have a wonderful employee! Most pleasant experience we've had with apartment hunting. :)
