Really nice apartments and the pool is nice too. some residents are very rude for no reason and then there's the random, homeless people sneaking in constantly and making messes or just hanging out in the halls and stuff. the staff that works here have all been extremely rude or disrespectful for no reason to me on several occasions but it's pretty much every time I have to interact with them. 😕 but overall it is a nice place to live downtown.

About two months living in here and it’s been great so far! They’ve added onsite security during the nighttime that you can call and let them know when something bad is going on. Our dryer that was part of the unit broke down and they basically completely replaced it with a new one since we were told this was a very old unit. Rent is somewhat affordable but they have the option of doing Flex Rent Only minor downside is that Central can be noisy but it’s only for a short time.

The Maintenance are excellent here they fix anything right away for me. My only complaint is homeless hangout in the building at times and that’s a little scary.Also new Management all the time.Also a lot of theft on the property, my packages have been delivered and somebody walks off with them. It is a lot more quiet than the last apartment I lived in. The staff is really nice and accommodating. They try and keep the building and grounds really clean. I just can't wait for the pool to open on memorial Day. People should have to wear swimming caps on their head if they use gel, hair spray or any other leave in hair care products when swimming so they don't contaminate the water.
