Silver Hills Apartments

Very unprofessional management. The landlord is rude and intimidating and constantly threatens eviction over small, unnecessary issues. She sits outside the office after hours watching tenants, which makes people uncomfortable and afraid she’ll put their belongings out. The environment feels hostile rather than safe. Maintenance is unreliable and rarely fixes anything properly. This place needs to be reported and management seriously needs oversight. !

If I could leave a zero I would. The manager is rude and never leaves her office, the maintenance guys are very nice and hard-working. The apartments are invested with roaches! You have to go to war with them to disappear from your house. When we moved in we spent around 3 years using all types of stuff to get rid of them! Then like a year ago they decided to renovate the kitchen cabinets and the roaches came back! You can see mold on the ceiling! The carpets are old and nasty don't waste your money on the carpet cleaning company they just leave it more dirty and soaking wet. You only see Security once in a while driving around but that doesn't stop the car break in's.

When my husband and I first moved in it was fine for the time. The ladies in the office are very kind, and the maintenance are always good about completing work orders. HOWEVER, the car break ins is what pushed us to move out. I’m not talking about a one time thing but SEVERAL times!! I remember a few months ago the officer told me that 6 cars in the complex had the windows busted in the same night as mine. Who has the time and money to worry about that all the time!? Also people in this complex don’t take pride in where they live at. I get that it’s lower income but why people feel the need to trash the community and destroy property is beyond me. I know this may be reasonable for those who are lower income, however if you can pay a little more just to have peace and security I highly su

Lived here 9 years. Not bad at all. Security guard does his job.Anything you Need after office hours. Security comes through. Good neighbors.Quite. kid friendly. Keeps up with outside appearance of the apartments.Great place to live

The worst property I have ever lived in. My hot water went out several times. The leasing office told me to boil my hot water. They never fixed anything. The ceiling was molding and they refused to clean the ceiling after the roof leaked. They do not have proper customer service skills. I had to call corporate several times. Thankful this place is in our past!
