I would give ZERO stars if I could. I DO NOT recommend this apartment complex or any of the 2 other properties owned by “Easy Jax” aka Jax Fund 4, LLC. Especially unit #208 where my mother was dead for 2 weeks in the unit and they did not professionally clean the unit or replace the rugs. After learning that our mother died in her apartment on the property, as if it wasn’t bad enough that the management gave the police a hard time about getting the keys the night she was found, it was later brought to our attention by other residents that they thought something was amiss and they kept asking management to check on her but no body gave it the time of day so our mother was deceased in her apartment for 2 weeks! If it was possible to leave a 0 star review, I would be doing that instead. RUN do not walk away from Silver Forest Apartments and Easy Jax Property Management. Our mother lived here for 8-9 months and Easy Jax has been horrible to deal with since. We found out over Labor Day weekend that our mother unexpectedly passed away. She was found deceased in APT 208 at the Silver Forest apartment complex and it is estimated that she had been deceased for two weeks prior to being discovered. I contacted Katherine (or Katie, or Kate, whatever name she uses) on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, and informed her that myself, my sister, and our grandmother would be in FL on Monday, September 8, 2025, to handle our mothers' affairs. Lived there for a few years. Cheap rent and the maintenance man does the best here can given the venue. The manager however, response to emails without answering questions while questing your intelligence and phone calls. I stopped communicating with her even though it was costing me money. She was not worth the stress. Last week I pulled in my packing lot and the manager told me to slow down. First of all I do not speed so I told her to your mouth. Second of all you do not question me when you are costing me money instead of answering my questions and solving my issues. I let her know I don't like her And she need to shut up. Her response was to have me evicted with 7 days notices. Never missed rent I just do not like her for good reason and I am now homeless. This should be criminal. ma

The on site apartment manager is great and always quick to respond. The small size of the complex and location is absolutely wonderful. We've lived here for a long time and plan to stay for years to come.

Beautiful and clean apartments, grounds are well tended just changed management company so we will see how long it stays this way.
