Property Manager Claudia is great. Maintenance always came within a reasonable time. Front office lady had a bad attitude so I only spoke directly to the property manager. When I moved in I had roaches for 6 months and I had them come to spray every other week & I ended up caulking walls of the apartment myself to help stop the problem. Pest control always said it was the below apartment but I think its the complex. If you have children be wary, as you can see from the picture the pool is often closed every other week and green during the summer because they don't know how to take care of it. When I first signed my lease I was paying $984 the first year and for absolutely no explanation they would raise the rent $200 a year. 3 years later I was paying $1300 with no improvements to my unit.

Hi, I’ve been residing at silver creek for a year now I just signed a new year lease, because the property is peaceful and well maintained! Work orders are answered and completed in a timely manner. Also the office staff ladies are not only gorgeous physically but spiritually. Very understanding and always willing to communicate and help solve problems if they can!

I’ve been living here for a month now. And I can say the staff is very helpful maintenance takes no time to come and repair any issues that I have. It’s one of the best apartments I’ve had in a long time compared to others.

The management staff here are very attentive and make sure to resolve any issues right away. They are very professional and kind. The maintenance staff is top tier. They make sure to fix any issues and get it right the first time.

That must have been from when I first moved in not knowing how bad of an experience it would be. This place is not somewhere you can call home. Just a temporary place to live. They do more work on the outside landscaping then they do on the maintenance of the apartments. The water gets shut off once a month sometimes twice. The maintenance staff are not very good at their jobs and it has taken months to get things fixed. They are aware that packages have come up missing and still refuse to get cameras on the property. There should be at least one somewhere in case of an emergency but overall we are not safe. They have a pest issue they tried to blame on a family who moved out of a downstairs apartment 🙄 I'm sure it was like this before but having to deal with this and life in general is
