My experience was exceptional. Ms. LaQuita was an outstanding leasing agent who made the entire process seamless—from thoughtfully guiding me through property tours to efficiently assisting with every requirement. The community itself is absolutely lovely, and the staff consistently made me feel welcomed and genuinely appreciated. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a wonderful place to call home.

Beware of move out costs. When I moved out they did not do a walk through with me, then months later I get these charges for "cleaning" and a huge charge for utilities even though my place was left spotless and I had paid my utilities off. They have a move out charge sheet that shows what they will bill you for if they find it unclean, so I requested that sheet (multiple times) to see where my charges were coming from. After months of no response, I gave up and decided I wouldn't pay it until I had an itemized breakdown of the charges (I had deployed, so i couldnt go back in person to request this). After about 5-6 months, I received notification my charges had been sent to a debt collector. I've fought for 2 years with multiple debt collectors about the charges and not wanting to pay unti

I’ve been living here for a while, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone considering it. The management is rude and dismissive — especially the property manager Kyla — and it’s incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone in the office. Staff turnover is constant, so there’s no consistency in how things are handled. The property itself is not well-maintained. Dog waste is all over the place, and there’s clearly no effort to enforce basic cleanliness or community rules. We have a dog park for the dogs but the old park for the children was taken away due to "safety concerns". Even when the park was here it wasn't taken care of. I moved in about 3 weeks ago and love how quiet, clean, and walkable the complex is. My unit is located near the dog park, which is perfect for my dog, and we enjoy walking around the complex multiple times a day. While there are still some loose dog poop around, it’s significantly less than previous complexes I’ve lived at. I enjoy being able to park right outside of my building as well as a dedicated stairwell up to my 2nd floor unit.

Would not recommend renting here for a number of reasons. to name a few, management changed over several times while I was here and it made for an unorganized/dirty mess, both in the office and complex. This location is not the safest as we had multiple car break ins. Also I closed my account in full when moving out and have it in writing that I did so however, After turning in keys, turning off all access to resident accounts, and getting security deposit check back- we received a collections dispute saying we did not pay them. When calling and asking they refused to speak to us or provide us with receipts of payment. I paid on time every single month never, had any complaints, the perfect tenant and yet these people did not care . They are unprofessional, They play with your credit, and
