Silo Creek Apartments

Silo creek is such a beautiful property and I have been enjoying living here. It’s the perfect location, near everything. It feels like living at a resort, everything is so nice. Andrea, Toni and Baylie are always so friendly and helpful anytime I need something. The maintenance staff is on it and quick to respond to any issue. Ten out of ten recommend!!

I am 72, a widower and moved to an apartment in Silo Creek in November. It's the second apartment complex I have lived in since retiring in 2021 and selling my house in Baton Rouge in 2021. So far, so good. Design of one-bedroom apartment is perfect. They made the most of the space and it is comfortable. All new top quality kitchen appliances and washer/dryer and a first-class, well-equipped gym. Lots of other amenities, like daily valet garbage pickup outside your door every morning and a lovely, well-secured pool next to the office that I'm looking forward to using in a few weeks. Plus, in walking distance to a busy, commercialized area near Ambassador Caffery and Kaliste Saloom Road, where there are lots of stores and restaurants. Absolutely amazing community to live in. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly, from management to maintenance. The amenities are second to none with a resort style pool and a fitness center that rivals a gym that would require a membership. If you are looking for luxury and convenience in Lafayette, don’t pass on Silo Creek. You won’t regret it!

Best apartment complex in Lafayette managed by the best team! I love the apartment, the location, my neighbors! The apartment is spacious, and the property is kept up extremely well. If you’re looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend this one!
