I don't rent from them, but I have a relative that did. From what I have seen and heard over the last 7 years is they are very mean, nasty, rude, and unprofessional. You have to be careful how you treat people. Spiritual connections run deep for chosen ones. You can't talk nasty to people, put them out, AND take their things........ BAD juju!!!!!

Continuing Education isn’t usually something that we look forward to, however, I have to say I honestly enjoy taking my CE with Ken Sikes. I’ve been taking his classes for more than 25 years! Ken has a way of making the information interesting; he keeps the classes lively and gives helpful, real-life examples. Since the pandemic Ken has continued to make CE available by offering online classes. Although I certainly prefer in-person classes, Ken’s online classes are still a great option. I will continue to take his classes for as long as he makes them available. Ken is a really great instructor and it’s a pleasure coming back every year for his classes!

The absolute worse place to rent from. Rude and nasty people when calling for maintenance. It takes them forever (weeks and months) to get someone to fix anything. Mam and sir, we are paying YOU rent. So come fix whatever is messed up and quit playing games. Like really!

THE WORSE PLACE TO RENT THROUGH! BEEN WITHOUT HOT WATER FOR 6 MONTHS MAINTENANCE MEN COME JUST TO KEEP COMING BACK PROBLEM NEVER FIXED! MRS. SIKES CATCHES ATTITUDES, LIES SAYING SHE CALLED FOR REPAIR BUT NEVER SHOW UP! ONE GUY SHOWS UP DRUNK CAN NOT SEE, STAGGERING, SLURRD SPEECH… IT IS COLD OUTSIDE AND STILL NO HOT WATER GOING ON 7 MONTHS !
