Ever since Signature Touch took over management of Ships Watch - things have been steadily getting better. The community is better maintained - normal maintenance is better scheduled and things are much smoother. Signature Touch staff is very professional and courteous.

Unable to enter our community with our fob, I called in and found that I had ignored an email from them about the new entry system. The agent was very kind and walked me through the process to secure our entry pass. She even contacted our local rep and had her deliver the entry key to our home. Great service and lovely people.
