Atlantic Realty of the Outer Banks

This was our second time staying at an Atlantic Realty property, and once again, it did not disappoint! We stayed at the “Owens” property with a large group of friends and family 16 adults and 7 kids and it was perfect for us. The space has such a great layout and design, with a beautiful kitchen and an amazing bar area that quickly became one of our favorite hangouts. Mornings were spent sipping coffee while listening to the waves crash, and the huge pool kept our kids entertained for hours every single day. The oceanfront beach access was incredible. We spent our days playing in the sand, flying kites, and building sandcastles with the kids. We recently rented the Pine Island Lodge for my daughter's wedding. We were blown away by the beauty and size of the house. There are so many great gathering spaces inside and outside. People were able to gather in large and small groups while still having their privacy since the bedrooms are all masters. The event spaces are stunning. The wedding was on the 4th floor crow's nest with excellent views of the ocean and sound. The third floor ballroom, opening to the side deck was a fabulous spot for dinner and dancing. The kitchens (including catering kitchen) were well stocked and great for group meals throughout the week. Plenty of TVs throughout the house for all the football fans. This is a beautiful home. It has spacious, tastefully decorated common areas in a perfect layout for large families or groups and all the bedrooms have king beds and their own attached bath to retreat to for some privacy. They have thought of everything with a well stocked kitchen and butler’s pantry. The ocean views from the kitchen and great room are spectacular. We particularly enjoyed the oyster tables set up on the first floor!

We utilized Atlantic Realty for our wedding week at their property, The Pine Island Lodge. Our stay was amazing, and the house was extremely clean upon our arrival! Anne-Marie along with the other Atlantic Realty team members were extremely responsive and hospitable throughout our stay, in addition to their high level of patience throughout the entire booking process. The check-out process was a breeze, and we would highly recommend working with the Atlantic Realty team for all of your OBX vacation needs!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay in Sanctuary. The views from the living area and master bedroom are breathtaking showing the sound. The house is very roomy and is equipped with most all the essentials you need. The elevator came in handy to bring up groceries and luggage. The hot tub was great as well and was cleaned/serviced twice during our week long stay. The dock leading out to the sound is beautiful. We got many great photo opportunities there especially during the evening sunsets. It was definitely one for the books! We created many memories that will be cherished for years to come!
