On 7/30/23, we went to an open house 157 Swan Lane in Levittown and the real estate agent; I believe her name was Ellen was extremely unprofessional. We went with our special need child (non verbal/ 10 years old) who touched a blanket and she was very aggressive and made insensitive comments despite our apology and explaining that he was on the spectrum. I liked the house but will not be making an offer because of the agent. If this realty can’t promote equity and treat ALL abilities with respect, we will not do business with them. Other people got preferential treatment “oh let me get them out of the way to you can view the house with you little one”. I was really disgusted by her and left without viewing the rest of the house. She ought to be ashamed of herself.
