I called 7 times; usually no one picked up and when someone did all they did was take information and promise to get back to me. When Joy finally got back to me we agreed to meet. She was an hour late and generally acted very unprofessional. When I said I wanted the rental she made me jump through so many hoops to get the place that I considered just giving up on the deposit I had given her and leaving. I found out later from the landlord that another potential tenant had given up their deposit because she was so unreasonable to deal with. Avoid PBT at all costs.

I have dealt with many real estate agents and brokers over time. None have gone above and beyond in the way that PBT Realty has. The broker, Joy, treated me with the utmost respect, while taking the time to help me establish what my true wants and needs were. She helped me find several apartments that fit my budget and exceeded my expectations. I really am blown away at the levels of professionalism and due diligence that were displayed during my interactions with this company. Thank you so much Joy and the entire team at PBT Realty. I will always recommend you and keep you in mind for my future real estate needs.

Worst experience dealing with a broker to date. I drove an hour and a half to look at apartments in the area (I am relocating from out of state) I received a call from a broker named Melissa at PBT about an apartment I was very much interested in. She didn't have the key on her, but assured me her boss was driving in from the next town with it, and due to traffic, she would be there in 20 minutes. 20 minutes turned into an hour, then an hour and a half, then three hours. FOUR AND A HALF hours later, when she texted me an apology for taking so long, I asked for an update only to hear nothing back. I had no choice but to drive the hour and a half home never having seen the apartment. 3 days later I still have not heard back from PBT explaining the situation or offering an apology.

They never called me back! I called on May 6th and spoke with Donna. I was looking for a move in date of July 1st. She said it was still too early but to call back in a week. I called 2 weeks later to allow time and she had no idea who I was. Ok no problem it was 2 weeks ago. She said to call back in a week since it was still too early. I called again in one week, she had not idea who I was again. ok fine no problem again. She said she would look into a few apartments after a third time I was telling her what I was looking for. Never heard from her. I called again and she got everything wrong! She kept saying oh yea or the girl looking for...." And everytime she said that it was wrong. They don't listen. They do not return phone calls! I do not recommend them.
