She was the seller’s agent of a home my partner and I sought to purchase and after accepting our offer and having the inspection done, Marlene lied and claimed we could not proceed to contracting as the seller wanted to have a roof contractor further assess concerns raised during the inspection. In reality, this was a plot to buy time and source other purchase offers. Extremely disappointed with my experience with Signature Premier Realty, in particular with Marlene Gross. My partner and I were in the process of buying a home and had an accepted offer for a house listed with Marlene Gross. In this process we had an inspection and valid questions regarding the house conditions and current tenant living in home. We were told they would get back to us with more information - when they got back to us, they shared they were going with another offer , and reminder , AFTER accepting our offer and completing the inspection. The most incompetent, unethical, unprofessional group of individuals work here. Peter is a disaster who is completely uncouth and obnoxious. Realtors go behind each other’s backs for a sale. A disaster from beginning to end!!!
