I was referred to Kinder Daken Properties Inc., through a friend when I was trying to rent out my 2 B/R apartment. This is a great management company for your property. Mr. Quincy Hall was so patient and did not rush me to make a decision to use his company. He was well organized and handles any concerns I had in an efficient and timely manner. Mr. Quincy is a very pleasant person to work with. He is honest and very professional. I highly recommend Mr. Quincy Hall and his company Kinder Daken Properties to whoever is looking to hire a professional property manager or Real Estate company for their RE needs.

Where do I begin? I meet Q September of 2022. I needed some construction done and a new tenant. I had a horrible experience with the previous contractor, Quincy came in and fixed the work like a boss. He gave me good pricing and worked with me. We got a tenant and was able to get 4 months rent in advance, which was great. He ended up turning my two family into a three unit, again he worked with us. Since then we have had some minor issues at the property and he’s taken care of it and sometimes I find out after the fact. He takes the headaches from the landlords and makes our lives so much easier. I am grateful we have connected with such a professional contractor, property management and broker. I look forward to working on other projects with him.

I just have to say that I’ve been through a lot this past your but meeting this great man named Mr. Quincy that is a part of this company as been a true blessing. Mr. Quincy has gone above and beyond for me what no other broker nor even person would have done. The first property we saw and was hoping to settle in decided last minute to go another route but that didn’t stop Mr. Quincy less than a half hour later he was calling me to go look at another property the one I can and my children can call home. We need more people and companies like this one. I will forever be thankful for him.

This company is very reliable, highly professional and extremely helpful to homeowners, investors and renters. Quincy is a great negotiator and possess an ability to deal with difficult tenants. This is in addition to dealing with different city agencies and programs namely DOB, HPD, DHS, section 8 and CityFheps.
