This building is INFESTED with fleas and they did nothing about it and expected each apartment to hire an exterminator even though it was a building-wide problem. On a similar note, they clearly take advantage of the fact that students live there. There was so many insane charges after move out. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars for tiny holes in the wall from push pins and small chips in the paint. The appeal process does absolutely nothing. The apartments themselves are nice inside, but the hallways on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th floor are so dirty. Conveniently, the first floor is clean because that’s where the tours are. The parking garage is also horrible because it’s so tight and there are only small mirrors to reflect cars around the corners. It’s very unsafe. Considering the high price, it is

Great location. Great units. Appliances are modern. Maintenance staff takes care of issues next or same (business) day—shout out to Jay and Frans. Walls between roommates are thick. Living room walls are thinner. Nearby construction can be loud, but I believe that is subsiding. During certain times of the year, there are blowers around 7:00 AM and it can get very loud; this is for units facing the outside (not the pool). This year, the building has ants in the walls. Dishwasher filters are not cleaned on move-in, make sure to clean them yourself or submit a maintenance request. No wild move-out charges; we kept out space clean. The only charges I had were for the stove's drip trays and shower tub cleaning: ~$40.

Loved this building. Met a lovely young lady, Natalya, and she showed me around. Highly recommended, and can’t wait to come back.
