We are from out of state and were in town one Saturday. We called the agency listed on the property we wanted to see. Tammie Green, not the sellers agent but works with that agency, took her time to come show us the property. We connected instantly. And although we didn't go with that property we have chosen Tammie to be our buyer agent. She is great to work with and has made it easier for us being 7 hours away in another state. We highly recommend her!!

I love to flip houses and I don't care to brag, but I do a really good job renovating them... Admittedly, I'm not that great of a salesman. I had one of the houses I'd flipped sitting on the market with another agent for 12 months! Zero showings!!! 😤😤😤. I listed it with Paige Blaylock. She had it under contract in 2 days, and she sold it for $8,000 more than what the other realtor was asking! Don't waste a year selling it with a realtor who could care less. Do your self a favor, and list it with Paige the first time!!! 👍😃

To bad I could put no stars. This company will sell homes without giving you honest information about the home. They are very tricky in their sales tactics and will perform things illegally to do so. I have had a horrible horrific experience that I would never wish on no one. My advise, seek another honest Real Estate company. They are even dishonest on their original website about having 5 stars and BBB supports them. Look them up on BBB, on WV Public Records, and just Google lawsuits with this Real Estate Companies name. You may be surprised. Take it from me. Run!
