This place is terrible so much crime goes on such as drugs,guns, violence,break ins ,stocking,when stuff is reported to crystal she does nothing she ignores the problem and does not make reports about anything that goes on she refuses to fix the problems and corporate will not do anything about this the police is always there crystal lies and says they are there patrolling the area that's a lie there there because of so much going on everyday Google crime watch on westline dr and hickory dr u will see the truth about those apartments hud don't care about nothing of what goes on up there the rent is way over priced for nothing and crystal does not go by the rules of the lease. she says there is a good neighbor policy that's a lie if this was true she would evect people not keep them there

I strongly urge anyone considering moving here to look elsewhere. My experience living in this complex had been nothing short of a nightmare. The conditions are completely unacceptable and dangerous. There has been an ongoing bed bug infestation that management refuses to properly address. The ceilings have holes and leaks On top of that, there is mold growing in the walls and ceilings, which is not only a health hazard but a clear sign of long-term neglect. The situation is made worse by the fact that maintenance are provided with limited resources and are unable to resolve most issues and truthfully I feel for them. The living environment is also unpleasant due to inconsiderate neighbors who smoke heavily, with the smell constantly seeping into other units. Despite complaints, managem

i wish i could rate them 0 stars. Crystal is the WORST landlord i’ve ever had, lies to tenants and avoids fixing any issues you have. the receptionist is even worse and has a serious attitude problem. can’t see why she was EVER hired. Had numerous issues with plumbing that i had to BEG to fix, our apartment would flood regularly and the drains would be clogged for weeks. DO NOT rent from here you will only get screwed over.

I know how limited housing is in Beckley but don’t become this desperate. All of the one star reviews are here for a very good reason. The plumbing, black mold, poor maintenance of inside of the apartments, rude staff, exploitation of marginalized people and the facts are too many to list here. I lived here 7 years and every passing year was worse than the last.

If I could I would rate them a 0 but I’ll have to do a 1z Do NOT rent here! They tried to rip me off for $1300 for carpet and then lied to me about it! Said they had to replace one room even tho I replaced it before I moved out and they did inspections and said everything was fine but once I moved out it was a different story! Many people have said the same about them. I should’ve listened.
