Just left my favorite house ever in Pioneer Ca, only to get closer to my job in Sacramento. Becky and her team made it so easy to work with…from the time we moved in to the time we had to leave. Their response times to the renters are quick, professional and eager to help. Payments are easy as it’s all through a portal but if you have any issues, they arranged an appointment around my schedule face to face in the office. If I was the owner, I’d appreciate them just as much as they thoroughly screen tenants and are always on top of maintenance issue to help make sure the property is taken care of. Terrible. Very unprofessional. They never answer the phone nor do they return phone calls. It says they close at 5p.m but actually close much earlier.
