Jackson Hills Apartments

I've lived here for 4 years. They just changed management companys. I'd hoped that it would improve things but it didn't. The maintenance man is great, but swamped since the day he started. So only emergency or urgent requests get handled immediately. The rest can take weeks or longer. The office equipment is in bad shape, making the manager frustrated. Our activity Director is great, but is not allowed by the rules to host events during hours people can attend. The common areas are mostly clean. 1 bedroom apartments have only two closets, one for clothes and the other for everything else. The appointment is very small. I lived in a 1 bedroom before, but had to eliminate about 3/4 of my possessions to fit into the space.

Very professional during application process! I would recommend 100%! Our view is amazing!!

In 2007. It's a great place to live as long as your not pretty or liked by people or have a kid that's smarter or cuter then the assistant managers kid. Make sure to pretend not to know about management's drinking problem and spouse abuse that's going on.

It's ok because I have a lot of friends there and the people are awesome and I just like it

I lived here its close to the bars lol full of drama and discrimination kids can't play here and family has to park all the way in back or get a ticket lots of drugs on site
