Slum lords. What's nice about it? The neighborhood that's it. What's bad? A pool that is so small and not heated, a jacuzzi that has been broken for a year, and a poor excuse for a gym with only tread mills, an elliptical and a few loose free weights. They have a weight machine but it's been broken for over a year. I asked to get it fixed and nothing gets done. When it comes to maintenance they put a band-aid on everything. I had my dishwasher serviced 5 times before I complained enough to get a new one...then it took 3 weeks to finally get a new one. I had rusty air conditioner water (due to poor maintenance) leak through my ceiling tiles on to my bed while I was on vacation.
