I moved into Sienna Townhomes in June 2025, and as my lease is coming to an end, I made the decision to renew — just in a different unit. I wanted to leave a detailed and honest review for anyone considering moving here. When I first signed my lease, I was coming out of a very difficult season of life. I had been living in hotels and didn’t have stable housing, so moving into Sienna was a major step up for me. It wasn’t just an apartment — it was stability, security, and a fresh start. That alone meant a lot. Like most apartment communities, there were a few maintenance issues that came up during my lease. I’ve really enjoyed living at Siena Townhomes! The rent is affordable, which makes it a great place for anyone looking for a nice home without breaking the budget. I also appreciate that they offer second chance leasing . The management team is always kind, approachable, and quick to help. Every issue I’ve had has been taken care of promptly and professionally. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and I’m happy to call this place home!

Single mother of 3. 2 who have disabilities. Came here looking for a place for 3 years, Mary Kay had our apartment renovation completely we loved it, the apartments were sold and now the 4th manager in 10 months is telling us we have to move because the apartment needs to renovated AGAIN and will be willing to give us a 6months lease to give me time to find another place. Just lost my job and now this. If you have a family looking for a home this is not it! This place is just a project and they play with people's families. Save yourself the peace of mind and go somewhere else if possible. This place has put my family in a horrible position. And hours after posting this now we have 2 months to move. Shows how much they "care"

When I first moved in things started ruff here ,but immediately they have fixed everything and quicker than I ever expected the very next day!!Management has been traffic and even had a meet and greet with pizza and beverages.The cost of rent is low and my apartment is extremely nice with wood floors and new appliances. .Thank you for all that you do for me and my apartment Siena townhomes

I wish I could rate them less than one star. When we moved in we were told our apartment would have central heating and air. It didn’t for months. We kept calling and blowing them up. We moved in July so it was summer we went months without air conditioning and had to sleep with the windows open. The mice and roaches are really really bad . When we’d tell them about they’d say “ not our problem keep your apartment clean”. During winter it was freezing downstairs but the heater would be running like crazy. They never got that fixed either just said “it might be the air ducts”.
