Siena Suites

Stayed here for a month and I loved it. Every time I called the front office they were always very nice and helpful. Maintenance also came quickly every time I needed something fixed. Overall, it was a really good experience living here.

Had my car towed when it was licensed and registered. They stated they were doing work on the asphalt. Not a problem I followed the rules of the first flyer and did as told. Today is oct 1st and my car was towed based on the second flyer which I did not receive until TODAY and not until after my car was TOWED!! Cost me $374 to get my car out of tow and I still have to pay my rent. When I went to the office to ask them, why wasn’t this given to me in advance and explained the first flyer they claim that they never sent out that first flyer everything has always shown the date as October 1. Well, if that’s the case, how did I get two flyers?? And why wouldn’t they have sent out that second flyer a couple of days in advance? Why are you giving me the flyer and my car was towed an hour before?

I lived there in building 12 from sept 2022 until June 2025 I really enjoyed my time there and didn’t have any major problems. In the beginning I had no problems with bugs but eventually a couple of years later they came in. You have to keep your unit clean and sprayed. The office will send out an exterminator weekly but you have to put yourself on the list. I never had any issues with management but I paid my rent monthly and on time for the most part. Just remember this isn’t a hotel anymore these are basically furnished apartments. I hope this helps enjoy your stay

Seems like a nice place. Wife and I had planned to move here from Texas but the move in cost was too high. We ended up finding a similar place much cheaper.

I lived in Siena Suites for about 2 ½ years. Here is my honest review. Pros: No credit involved in renting here. Fully furnished units. Polite and friendly staff. (as long as you're respectful to them and pay your rent) Rent includes the price of utilities and Wi-Fi. Decent amenities within walking distance. Cons: Roaches. (But Siena does have effective pest control. We only had them spray once and roaches never came back. Just keep your unit clean and you’ll be fine.) Homelessness and substance problems in the surrounding area. Loud, obnoxious, and messy neighbors. Expensive. Summary: My credit was ruined after Covid. Siena gave us a home while we got re-established. I will always be grateful for that. Siena itself is not a bad place. Staff does a good job maintaining the property. The
