Management and staff are nice! Kayla, thank you for looking after my elderly mother, I appreciate that. Coming from NY, I'm not used to people being so nice and friendly. It was a pleasure talking to both of you ladies and I will def return one day

Management is extremely unprofessional and rude. I haven't lived there but I'm there enough with my friend who is. Repair requests are never done, yet they schedule apt inspections about every 3-4 wk only on certain tenants. They do not follow up phone calls, work repaires , or complaints. Elevators break down and go unrepaired with elderly living on 3rd floors , the pool is a nasty mess for mosquito breeding , Definitely would not give it any stars if it were an option. Don't go there

Pacifica Management is crying about switching to a salt water pool now, so pool is still out of service (probably until NEXT YEAR- it's been out at least three years already. My opinion? They just clean it up to take a picture so they can sucker prospective tenants into renting here. It's too costly for pool chemicals so they are in a constant state of "it'll be up and running by (insert date here) but it never gets up and running. Swimming pool is out for the summer it appears. If you don't pay the pool guy the pump gets clogged with algae & burns out. Then word gets out that the complex doesn't pay it's obligations & no one is available. We're now on about the 4th manager in the last year or so. One of our apartment amenities; a lovely pool.

Siena Garden is a great place to live. Lots of new friends. Management is doing a really good job. The maintenance fellas are doing their very best to keep up with so many apartments but they’re doing a good job. It’s just a really nice place to live no stress no worriesjust relax. Enjoy making new friends and enjoy a new lifestyle.

I am now proud to live at Siena Gardens. The new Manager and Assistant and the maintenance team is now awesome. There is never a time when I need help it isn't done. They are all very helpful and professional. The manager Kayla is really good and goes out of her way for us here. She is truly an asset to our property.
