Worst apartment to live in. The leasing office broke the balcony in November 2024, and till then it is like this only, and they dont care to repair or change my apartment. I am waiting for my lease to finish, so i can run out from here. The leasing office dont care about your safety. AVOID THIS APARTMENT!!!

We had been into this apartment for 3 years and I must say it is wonderful , safe and kids friendly place to live here. Apartment’s maintenance guy Oscar is a wonderfully skilled person and a very good human being dedicated to his job. He has fixed every maintenance problem for us without any delay and made our life comfortable at Sienna. I want to thank him for all needful maintenance he did for us. . Management is friendly and It’s a great apartment to live in. 🙂

Sad to say the only nice person here was the maintenance person who was kind enough to let us tour the apartment. After we applied and got accepted I had follow up questions and “Ken” was not friendly whatsoever, but as soon as I told him I’ll send the money, change of attitude and even added a congrats.. yea no thank you I’ll take my money elsewhere. When he realized money was not sent he texted at 10 pm with “???”. Very unprofessional and unnecessary. I decided to go with another place but in case it didn’t work out I asked them when they would have a smaller unit available and guess what, no answer. Great, only at their convenience. Glad we didn’t choose this place and their greediness. They definitely don’t seem to care about tenants rather the money and their pool was even closed. mai

Let me tell you about my time in Siena Apartments: 1. Every issue that I had got resolved, swiftly. The apartment maintenance manager, Oscar, is very biased for action and resolved every problem that we had very quickly and without hesitation. 2. Neighbors are quiet, respectful, kind. I never had any complaints about indoor/outdoor behavior. 3. Personal parking space is spacious, public parking space is always available for 2nd car. 4. Location is key: right on the 85, easy connection to everything. 5. When I had to finish my lease, our landlord Mike was super supportive and helpful. When you rent an apartment, it's crucial that your property management will be supportive and fair. Siena's management is *exactly* that, and this is why I'm recommending them.

My family and I have lived here for many years and we feel very lucky to have found Siena. Since we've moved in we have created so many fond memories inside our apartment, and with our community I can't ever imagine moving. I appreciate how hard Oscar our maintenance man works, and how friendly the office staff is whenever I go in with a problem. They work very hard to make us comfortable, and bring us together yearly for parties and celebrations. Siena staff has always accommodated us and have gone above and beyond the call of duty. We moved from out of state, and not being able to see the apartment before making a decision made me very apprehensive.
