Siegel Select Cleveland

Alex the property manager is amazing and handles any problems that come up. I had some people living above making smoking drugs so much it would make my room smell horrible. On top of that their dogs barked for hours and hours. To top that they where loud stomping all night and in to the early morning hours. The people in 417 where horrible customers and I had to go to Alex for a week because of issue even allowing him to stand in my room just to hear them and smell what I had smell each day that passed as they lived hear Alex finally handle the situation making the environment so much better. I give him 10 star for service and for making sure this place is safe and peaceful

This place is a rip off. They don't fix anything, the door has been broken now for a week, anybody can just walk into the room at any time. I've asked repeatedly and still nothing. They do spray once a month but there are still cockroaches. Also, they need to hire new employees, people a little bit more professional, but then again they fit in perfectly with the crowd that stays here. Definitely not worth the money. Will not be back and will not recommend to anyone!

I was visiting as a guest of a room renter with prior permission from another security/office worker at the Cleveland TN location for the purpose of helping my friend who is the renter with dog sitting to keep from being evicted because this guy has thrown out threats because her dog would bark while she was at work and according to this horrible aggressive employee another tenant has been complaining about noise. so I would come to visit during her work hours and either leave or stay just depending on the situation that day. The multiple threats of eviction came from one person who would randomly show up with hateful words and threats of police forcefully removing me and her and accusations of other things that aren't true as well as allowing a man who was originally co-renting the room

I’m blown away with the level of customer service that the management )Alex and Brandy) provide this establishment. As a small business owner I understand how valuable people like this truly are. I’m relocating and building my home and Siegel Suites in Cleveland is perfect for long term stays. Rooms are clean, tenants are quiet and friendly and my pup gives it 5 starts as well!

Siegal Select has been good being here but it got better a year and half ago when new management took over and showed he cared about the place .. I feel safe here now and the improvements he has made makes me happy to call this my home.. management cares about the individuals who live here and make it enjoyable for families and kids. I would recommend living here for long term or staying here for a few days.
