CUSTOMERS BEWARE: Kurt Lamping was the listing agent for the home I just purchased on 1/6/2026. In the beginning, Kurt was very efficient and kind when working with my buying agent. Upon the final walkthrough on the home, it was noticed that all electricity to the upstairs floor bedrooms did not work. This was communicated to Kurt. Kurt then reassured my agent that the seller would have an electrician come out to assess the concerns the following morning and "take care of it." We proceeded with closing on 1/6/2026. Someone who was not an actual electrician was sent to my new home to check on the electrical concerns. Per this person he was told to "come push a couple GCFI buttons, I'm not an electrician."
