Shrewsbury Commons

I have lived at Shrewsbury Commons for the past 2 years, and I have to say that it is by far one of the nicest places I have ever lived (barring my parent's house lol). Maintenance has been INCREDIBLE, and is always willing to drop in and help with any issues. The leasing office is kind and considerate, and is always willing to help. I will be moving out of the complex in a few months, simply due to needing to reloacte for work, and I am deeply sad about leaving such a wonderful community. Shrewsbury Commons will always have such a special place in my heart, and I am truly grateful for all of the memories from my time here! :)

There are many aspects of Shrewsbury Commons that make it an incredible place to live: 1. The leasing staff and property manager are incredibly friendly and helpful. 2. The interior and exterior of the facilities are great 3. The value for the cost of living in the area is also great, especially considering the plethora of amenities. 4. The neighbors are friendly, helpful, and courteous 5. Maintenance is very responsive, although it is rare that they were needed. 6. While they have periods of the year when they enter the apartment, this is actually a positive thing because it shows that they are keeping up with everything. If you are looking to make this place your home, I would highly recommend it to everyone! I'm appreciative of everything that they did for my mother in law who resided

Kyle was very professional, attentive, and made the move in process at ease. The property is well maintained, great amenities, and in a good area. Very excited to be able to be in an apartment I feel content in from the horrible place I’m in now in Worcester! EDIT: first night of a winter storm and I cannot believe the upkeep between the shoveling, salting , and plows. This place is everything I ever needed. From all the amenities and quietness, love living here. I look forward going home! Very happy with this place as well as the office! Also, the laundrey is amazing, so cheap and convenient being able to pay with your phone!! I can’t express how happy I am that I live here.

The maintenance team and building cleaner are absolutely amazing—responsive, hardworking, and genuinely kind. The overall upkeep of the property itself isn’t too bad. I recently had a great conversation with the property manager. She was understanding, professional, and very helpful in addressing my concerns. I really appreciate her taking the time to speak with me and help clarify things, and I’m hopeful this will lead to a more positive experience moving forward.

Our experience here included: cockroach infestations that lasted at least 6 months (and that’s how long it took for them to finally inspect the full building), piles of vomit in the common hallways for hours at a time (on multiple occasions!!!), garbage scattered in the building’s bushes, faulty amenities, a LITERAL FIRE in the laundry room, and in the face of all these issues, a property manager that was impatient and unempathetic with us. In the end, we had to get out as fast as we could. I could never in good conscience recommend people live here. The problems are plentiful, and those in charge aren’t able to solve them in anywhere close to a timely manner.
