SHP Management Corp

They don't care. The only thing they care is your monthly rent money. Always an excuse to fix something. And residents having family living with them out of the lease, management knows and they don't do nothing. But when residents complain out of their company they start whining, bitching and complaining. And this company keeps buying more properties for what? To get more money!

Their management of a building in Prince George's marayland is horrible, they treat the elderly like crap, they took away their garden and fitness center, they have no way to get active, some elderly die in their apartment and the management does nothing until a week after

No security in parking lots. They allow residents relatives to live in apartments for months. Management claims nothing they can do about it.

Shameful business. Doesn't care about tenants. Broken everything, nothing fixed until enough people reported the incident. Slum lord is the correct term for a company with this practice. Elderly residents health, financial, and safety put at severe risk over this companies incompetence. No clue how anyone deals with this shady company. Well all of the cries for help have finally reached the right people, and now they will suffer the consequences.

Horrible Elizabeth don't know how to talk to people. Workers are Rude I've waited 3 wks for my apartment to get started finally they start the letters say different things then what your told. Construction left my apartment door open with a crow bar left my couches uncovered screen door open bar uncovered, closet doors open but not replacing them, workers went into my locked bedrooms my camera was in the garbage. Niw my earrings and check book missing They all play the blame game. Police came twice now because of my bedrooms doors were unlocked. I feel violated. Suppose to be a range being hall monitor it's now guess and cease r they leave at 3pm workers are here till 9:15. Half fast paint job. Has all these cameras so how it wasn't seen. Told it would be taken care of.
