We moved into these apartments when they were newly built a few years ago and just moved out. The apartment itself was nice because everything was new and the location is great. It was also nice to have the gym on the property as well as the dumpsters and recycling. There were a few issues with mainly the employees of Maine Properties and the lack of professionalism when it came to dealing with normal renter/property management situations. One of which is the way they organized snow removal on the property. The first winter we lived there they sent out an email describing how it would work for the tenants. It worked out well because we could use the overflow lots.The next winter they changed the rules and we could no longer park in the overflow lot. With many more tenants, the parking situ
