I recently moved into Showboat Park Apartments, and I had a wonderful experience from the very beginning. Vanessa, Ashley, and the office manager were very professional from the first day I visited the property. Vanessa was very patient and took the time to explain every detail of the rental process clearly. She answered all of our questions and made sure we understood each step. Ashley was also extremely helpful during the final stage of the process. She assisted us with receiving our keys and completing all the final paperwork smoothly and efficiently. The apartment Complex is super Clean the Front desk are so Kind top notch customer service makes you feel at home as they take you for a tour before you even decide and that's what me decide am moving in here..Please Come one come all this is Paradise at Freemont ,the Gym 👌🏽💯 I even cancelled my Gym Membership coz they have everything the pool mmmhmmmh am Glad and Blessed to be here. Do not rent here! 5 years of living here and it has just gotten worse over the years! Can't even count how many different managers have come and gone! They do not enforce their lease agreement so if your someone like me that follows rules but everyone else is inconsiderate and doesn't you won't be happy! Parking and noise is horrible! Spoke with management multiple times and have emails to back it! They just come up with excuses and tell you they are working on it but it does not get better! Newer apartment buildings but doesn't make up for everything else that's wrong with this place!

I moved here 5 weeks ago and am already having issues. I've been experiencing some car troubles and had been carpooling to work the past couple weeks. Still I had listed my car on my lease to be the main car on property. I got a violation and called the office immediately to resolve the issue and explained my circumstance to the office. The girl I talked to said she would keep an eye out for the car and that nothing would be towed unless it went through her. They did not give me a chance to resolve the issue the same day because when I got home my car was gone.
