Shorewood at Raintree

Terrible place to live. After we moved out a yr later they said we owed them 1200 dollars got the letter from the debt collector never got 1 email or phone call from Raintree about the debt. The apartments are super old and we had mold In our apartment that they refused to take care of. We did no damage to that apartment for them to keep the deposit then say we owe then 1200 more after that. Which I won't be paying a penny of

You've heard the story about housing - Location, Location, Location. Tucked away between the Raintree golf course and The Arboretum Shopping center (which you can walk to), these apartments are nice for their age. A good friend lived there and recommended these apartments to me and I found it very nice for the price. Expecting the rents to be higher, I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability when the rent amount was shared with me. No, these apartments are not brand new, but the roads and driveways don't have potholes everywhere and there are plenty of parking spots for the residents. There are plenty of trash receptacles as well as recycle bins and the staff keeps the place clean and well maintained. There wasn't a vacancy at the time but I know that changes regularly.

Best rental bargain in 28277. Staff professional, friendly and efficient. Maintainance person (Nate) knows all about the property. All my problems have been taken care of within 24 to 48 hours and I have never been inconvenienced. Love this community!

This is one of the dangerous very old apartments. I lived here for two months and moved out. Leasing staff is pathetic and they old too(Lisa). One day I was walking towards walmart.. I was walking on the road as there is no walk way.. a car came in from the community.. shouted me and showed me a gun as I was walking on the road.. I got scared to death.. and moved out next day.I suggest you stay away if you normal family man like me.
