Our house was listed on a Friday evening and by Friday night there were two showings scheduled for Sunday. We had an accepted offer that Sunday afternoon. Jeremy was in communication with us just about every day to the closing date. If we had questions Jeremy was easy to get a hold of and explained things clearly with patience. Within two days of looking at houses Jeremy helped us find a house in the area we needed. Everything is again going smoothly and we are looking forward to closing on our new house soon. Jeremy is top notch with making things a heck of a lot less stressful. I truly appreciate his availability throughout the day, and we never waited longer than 10 minutes for a return call.

Judy was very responsive when we reached out to look at a house she was selling. She also showed us several others, getting us in for viewings very quickly. When we decided to make an offer on our house, she offered great suggestions which resulted in our first offer getting accepted. She helped keep things on track as we went through escrow, so closing went smoothly. We have already recommended her to friends moving to the area.

Staff was friendly, but did not meet our expectations as we needed an assessment of some unique features of our home. All they basically gave us was a fair market value price.....which we already knew from our tax bill. Sold house to our neighbor for $130,000 over their best evaluation. I would recommend getting multiple evaluations before selling.

While discussing a lack of candor and follow through of one of the agents here the manager was snippy and just commented "they are all private contract agents, take up any issue with the agent themselves." Surely there are better Realtors in the area if you are reading this looking for one, I cannot recommend this office.

Excellent service our agent Jeremy He's gone above and beyond in trying to find us a home on a lake. His knowledge and honesty is refreshing.
