Shores at Lake Whippoorwill - Signature Collection

Wow! The houses are amazing. The one that we visited was a model home and was absolutely stunning. It was so majestic you felt like you were in a castle. The entire house from inside to outside in the back and from top to bottom was just stunning. The swimming pool was top notch. The sitting area outside by the swimming pool and underneath the covered area was also phenomenal. Inside, no detail was left out in planning building of this house. The office was amazing with the barn doors. The kitchen, dining room, and family room were nice and open and generously sized with gorgeous views of the pool and lots of sunlight coming in from two separate sliding doors. Nice homes but over-priced by approx $300k. Location is good as it's Lake Nona area but for the price imo there are better upscale Lake Nona locations/lots in the Eagle Creek community for example. The intersection where this home sits is quite trafficky. Also surrounded by older, less modern homes and neighborhoods. I'm no expert but the interior of all cabinets seemed to be particle board (not real wood). The counter heights also seemed shorter than usual. The driveway leading to the garage seems too narrow & difficult to turn into. No storage closets inside garage. Master bath had lots of wasted shower space. No patios or sliding doors off master bedroom. No balconies upstairs not even off the gamerooms nor den. Home had a few nice finished but imo 'basic' for the price. EXCEPT for the

Rustic area around Orlando. Had to take out gators from the lake. Due to the fact the Rowing team was worried.
