My rating of Shoreline has dramatically decreased in the past 6 months. Seemingly new policy, and extreme gaslighting from management has now resulted in a free for all scramble for limited parking. Daily I have to park a 1/4 mile or more from my unit. While all residents have the opportunity to purchase covered spots or a garage, this is not feasible when already paying $1600+ a month when parking is supposedly included. During the weekend there is no snow removal (plowing or sidewalks). The front half of the complex always seems to be the priority and the back half gets neglected. Snow removal doesn’t begin till 8 am when most people have already trudged through and dug themselves out. This most recent snowstorm (1/20-21) I returned after a 14 hour work day, the front units were all nice

One star is giving too much. If I could leave zero stars i WOULD. This place is NOT worth your time or sanity. The website is nothing how the property is. The apartments have toxic mold, Rotting door frames, High electric bills with zero accountability, neglected landscaping, “They do it themselves” so long grass and weeds everywhere, nothing is kept up with. The office staff is very rude and very cold hearted. They kick people out for no apparent reason. Like they literally pick and choose who can and who can’t live there. Rather your there a month or 5 years. I got my lease renewal and 2 days later went to turn it in and she said. “Unfortunately we aren’t letting you resign your lease After 5 years living there I wasn’t able to resign my lease! Had no plans on moving. Got charged $300

My wife and I feel truly at home at Shoreline Landing Apartments. The grounds are impeccably maintained, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. Our apartment is cozy and comfortable, with the gas fireplace adding warmth and charm on chilly evenings. The community is peaceful, offering a quiet retreat from daily life. We’re eagerly anticipating the pool’s opening this summer. A special thanks to Allison for her warm hospitality and for showcasing the wonderful amenities. The free coffee and treats in the office are very much appreciated.

It's a nice apartment. I'm here with my fiancee while he's working nearby. It's about a yr long job. However we've recently found out that our neighbors below us have complained to the office about us...and it's caused some issues. We're new to the area and we do like it here. However the drama that's created isn't worth the headaches. It's more of a who's who place than a private residence. Apt living lol The apartments nice but it's also very expensive!! Idk how young people are supposed to survive...it's a ridiculous amount of money to throw away each month. And nothing special. Don't get me started on the lack of snow maintenance. We currently live in the up. And this place has a long ways to go as far as snow clean up. They've snow blown the sidewalks only a few xs we've been using a

Edit/Update: After I posted this review, a few days later I finally was able to get someone (Mary & Pest Control) in my unit to check for the roach I saw in my unit while also addressing a few other concerns about the unit I had. The unit has vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom (the kitchen vinyl was torn prior to move-in and the bathroom floors are *what appears to be* water logged). After having two maintenance men in the unit and inspecting the floors, they told me and my roommates that they will raise the concern to Mary/Allison to proceed (because we were hoping to get it reinstalled/fixed etc). As the days went on there was no word for an update in that regard so I made this review as well as an email. Mary and pest control did in fact come to the unit to “check out the situat
