Mona Shores Flats

Mona Shores Flats is a great community. The application process was extremely easy and straight forward. Communication with the office is quick and convenient unlike other properties who send you to an answering service and never return your call. The gym and pickleball/basketball courts are always maintained and available. The outdoor lights on the courts are super convenient for late night matches. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Mona Shores Flats is the place to be! Since moving in, the management team has been extremely responsive and helpful. Plus our building and amenities are gorgeous, particularly the clubhouse and pickleball courts, and its dog friendly. It serves as a beautiful, quiet place to make your home! Couldn't recommend it more!

Living at Mona Shores Flats has been easy and stress free. The application process was quick and easy. The office and maintenance staff are approachable and helpful. The location is very convenient with stores and restaurants near by, and quick access to the highway.

Maintenance and leasing staff are responsive and friendly. We rented an optional garage which is great for easy bike storage. Fun and quick ride to the beach. Everything is new, fresh and beautiful! It was so fun to move into a brand new unit.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Mona Shores Flats! The apartments are beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s a quiet, welcoming community in a great location.
