Shoreline at the Lakes

I lived here for about 2 years and it was the most peaceful and spacious place. I had the easiest time with submitting my application and getting my apartment especially when I needed to find a new home asap. I always had my work orders done in a timely fashion. The front office has always been so understanding and polite that my experience here has been nothing but a breath of fresh air. I moved due to living in a new location but this apartment will always have a spot in my heart.

My daughter is a resident here for about 4 years, and she loves it here, especially her dogs. Its a very animal friendly area and kid friendly. We needed to move and we thought maybe we can rent here and we dont have pets but wasnt sure about it due to pets. But we applied and I have had no issues yet we did one year and just renewed our lease again. All pets are on leashes and you dont here any pets at all. Offic and maintenance have absolutely great communication. Great place to stay.

I had a great experience with this apartment complex while searching for a new home. Yadira was especially helpful throughout the process, she was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I felt comfortable with my options. Her professionalism and genuine care really stood out and made the whole search much less stressful. I truly appreciate her help and would recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

My washer was on perpetual spin and drain. I was in a time crunch, needed to use the washer ASAP and it wouldn't shut off without turning off the main electrical box. Very frustrating!! Maintenance to the rescue!! Both maintenance guys are top notch! They responded quickly, worked hard to remedy the issue and ensured that the washer was working properly before leaving my apartment. They are efficient, dependable and know their stuff when dealing with electronics and other items around the complex. I can't thank them enough for relieving the stress and frustration of a malfunctioning washer. Thank you so much!!!!
